अध्वा जरा मनुष्याणां वाजिनां बंधनं जरा । अमैथुनं जरा स्त्रीणां वस्त्राणामातपं जरा ।। इस श्लोक में चाणक्य कहते हैं कि लगातार भ्रमण करने वाला व्यक्ति यानी पैदल चलने वाला व्यक्ति जल्दी ही बूढ़ा हो जाता है. ज्यादा चलने से शरीर थक जाता है, अगर व्यक्ति को जवान रहना है तो ज्यादा नहीं चलना चाहिए. व्यक्ति के अलावा चाणक्य घोड़े का भी जिक्र करते हैं, जो कि व्यक्ति के बिलकुल उल्ट है. वो कहते हैं कि अगर घोड़े को हमेशा बांधकर रखा जाए तो वो जल्द ही बूढ़ा हो जाता है, उनकी शक्ति कम होने लगती है. इसलिए घोड़े को खोलकर रखना चाहिए और उसे चहलकदमी करने देना चा हिए. (Adhwa jara manushyanam vajinam bandhan jara  Amaithunam a little feminine  In this verse, Chanakya says that a person who travels continuously, a person who walks on foot, gets old soon.  Excessive walking makes the body tired, if a person has to remain young, then he should not walk much.  Apart from the person, Chanakya also mentions the horse, which is completely opposite to the person....
